The Dementia Attitudes Monitor gives detailed insight into the UK’s attitudes towards, and understanding of dementia.
Wave 4 (2025) shows that more than half (54%) of all UK adults know someone who has been diagnosed with the condition and highlights how public perceptions of dementia have evolved since 2018.
